Founder
Meet Alex Kriss
I design personal, well-run trips for Caledon Ski Members. With a background in hospitality and high-touch travel planning, you work directly with me from the first idea through to your return. My focus is creating travel that feels effortless, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Assurance and credentials:
• TICO certified, operating within Ontario consumer protection standards
• First Canadian graduate of the KORE Travel Education Program
• Proven experience supporting clients with both personal and professional travel
Privacy and Practicalities
We handle your details quietly and only share what is necessary with trusted partners to arrange your trip. No marketing lists. After you return, we check in briefly to hear how it went and to fine-tune plans.
Working with Your Assistant
We are happy to work directly with executive or personal assistants. They can manage itinerary updates, confirmations, and document delivery on your behalf.
Air Travel
We handle all aspects of air travel, from business class fares to private aviation. We recommend the best routes and manage any adjustments during your trip.
Upgrades & Amenities
Through DesignScape’s preferred partner network, we secure upgrades, credits, and special amenities whenever available. These courtesies are extended quietly and without request.
Accessibility & Dietary Needs
All plans are customized to individual needs. From mobility support to dietary preferences, we coordinate directly with hotels and suppliers to ensure everything is handled carefully.
Payments
Payments are made directly to the supplier for transparency and protection. Any service fees or commissions are clearly invoiced before planning begins.
If Plans Change
If your schedule shifts, we rebook and notify all partners to minimize disruption. Our role is to make adjustments quietly so your experience remains smooth.
