This page is for organizations considering a partnership with DesignScape, as well as individuals who have been introduced through a trusted referral. It answers the questions most often asked just before we begin working together.

Who do you work with?

We primarily partner with private clubs, family offices, boutique hotels, and other trusted advisors to design high-touch travel experiences for their clients or members.
Note for individual travellers: If you have been personally referred, you are welcome to inquire.

How is DesignScape different from a traditional travel agency?

We are a private, referral-based consultancy. Our work is discreet and relationship-driven, and often provides access to opportunities that are not publicly listed. We can operate under your brand or as a trusted introduction.

What services do you offer?

  • Collection Journeys – Pre-designed small-group departures offered through partner networks.

  • Signature Capsule Design – Custom private itineraries supported by supplier commissions, with a planning fee of CAD 1,750 to 2,950 for complex or low-commission journeys.

  • Dedicated Travel Desk – Year-round or on-demand travel support for your clients or members.​

Do you only design luxury travel?

Our standards for service and quality are uncompromising. We define luxury by how well an experience fits the people it is designed for, not by price alone.​

How do we start working together?

We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your priorities, values, and travel style. From there, we prepare a tailored proposal for your review.

Can you assist with urgent or complex travel?

Yes. Our Dedicated Travel Desk can be retained year-round or engaged on demand for executive travel, private aviation, and other time-sensitive arrangements.

Are your experiences listed online?

Most are custom or invitation-only. Some are designed for a single departure and are never repeated.

Will our information remain confidential?

Yes. All engagements are handled with complete discretion and respect for your privacy.
